Campaign Story

First, I want to say that this is very hard to share our story. I’m usually private and this is not easy to be open and vulnerable. I came across this website, donated and was promoted to make a fundraiser (something I never considered). The website is encouraging for us to break the stigma about infertility, as it affects so many. The average IVF cycle cost $12-15,000. Thank you for being here and considering helping us along this roller coaster of a journey to parenthood.

My name is Jamie and my husband and I have been happily married since 2016! We tried for years on our own to fulfill our lifelong dream of being parents, but sadly had no success. We were told the chances of conceiving were super low and IVF would be our only option. After many tests, doctor visits, surgery, 2 painful egg retrievals and months of emotionally/financially draining appointments-I was finally pregnant!
We are so blessed and thankful to have this success of our miracle baby. He’s the absolute sweetest and we now feel he just needs a sibling to share his love with, a friend for life!

We have been trying to grow our family again for some time but shockingly with only heartbreak and failures. At this point, we are going to try one last time, however the cost of another egg retrieval, expensive medications and transfer(s) is overwhelming.
